Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Lead Server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests, supervise daily server assignments, and ensure proper training and coverage. This full-time role requires Serv-Safe certification, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must secure and maintain Serv-Safe certification.
Ability to lead and train servers and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

Lead server duties and supervise daily server assignments.
Train new and current servers to ensure service quality.
Oversee seating, timing of meals, and dining experience.
Assist residents with menu orders and take-out orders.
Provide beverage service and maintain table settings.
Maintain cleanliness and report equipment issues.
Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
