Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor front-of-house serving staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner throughout the dining experience.
• Monitor dining room flow and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Train new servers on service standards, procedures, and company policies.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, beverage stations, and buffet zones.
• Assist management with opening and closing duties as needed.
