Job summary

Golden Corral is hiring for an entry-level, hourly management position in Cullman, AL. You will be cross-trained across all restaurant roles and gain hands-on knowledge in ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.

A structured one-year certification program and advancement opportunities are available to help you grow with the company. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in food service, preferably in a management capacity at a high-volume restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering.
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant and gain knowledge of ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.
• Work closely with the General and Associate Managers and complete a one-year certification program.
• Seek upward mobility through training and development offered by Golden Corral.
