Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation’s Evergreen Retirement Community in Cincinnati, OH seeks an experienced Lead Server to provide quick, friendly food and beverage service to residents and guests. You will help ensure a welcoming dining experience in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen, and delivering meals to residents’ rooms as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as Lead Server or Server
• Serv Safe or other required local, county or state certifications
• Ability to switch tasks quickly
• Strong communication with many different types of personalities
• Pride in the quality and presentation of food and cleanliness of work areas

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner.
• Actively buss and reset tables.
• Deliver food to residents’ rooms as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitary condition of work areas, dishware, and equipment.
• Manager servers and utility workers as needed.
