Job summary

Invited seeks a friendly Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests. The role emphasizes warm welcomes, memorable moments, and fond farewells, while supporting dining operations as needed.

Great candidates will have a high school diploma, prior F&B experience, and current Food Handler/Alcohol Server certifications. Training through Invited’s program is required, with focus on communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards following Invited F&B training.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests promptly.
• Know the full menu including daily features and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist teammates to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily assignments and keep work areas clean and stocked.
• Follow club cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.
