Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in food & beverage operations.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day functions of the restaurant while providing excellent customer service.
• Provide guidance, direction, and support to the server team and lead by example.
• Assign duties and ensure appropriate coverage based on business needs.
• Coach and mentor servers to improve performance and service skills.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and assist with shift reports.
