Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to tables in a welcoming manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on portions ingredients and allergens
• Upsell additional items when appropriate
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or memorization
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and reset tables as needed
• Assist in daily staff meetings to review specials and service details
