Qualifications

• Five years restaurant experience and/or 3-4 years’ server experience in a hotel, private club or similar setting.
• Excellent customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the serving team to ensure smooth service during all meal periods.
• Interact one on one with members, take orders, and suggest beverages according to standards.
• Prepare, work, and reset private and club events when necessary.
• Ensure member satisfaction and uphold service standards.
