Job summary

Century Park Associates in Indianapolis, IN is seeking reliable and friendly PRN Servers to join our dining team. This full-time position delivers restaurant-style dining with a hospitality focus and reports to the Dining Services Director.

Available shifts include 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, with evenings and weekends when needed. As a Lead Server you will train new staff, assist with meal counts and tickets, greet residents, and ensure dining room setup and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides new Servers according to Century Park standards.
• Assists with meal counts and tickets.
• Greets residents and visitors in a welcoming manner.
• Serves meals using trays and ensures timely beverage refills.
• Keeps dining room clean, safe and well organized.
• Prepares for next meal and assists with dish room tasks.
