Job summary

Century Park Associates is seeking energetic servers to join our dining team in a senior living community. Full-time and Part-Time positions are available.

You will provide restaurant-style dining with a hospitality focus, greet residents, take orders, and ensure meals are served promptly. Assist with setup, maintain a clean dining room, attend pre-meal meetings, and support teammates to deliver outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Must enjoy serving seniors and delivering excellent hospitality.
• Must attend ServSafe class and adhere to ethics training.

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides new Servers according to Century Park standards.
• Assists with meal counts and tickets.
• Greets residents and visitors in a welcoming manner and serves meals.
• Prepares tables, assists with setup, and maintains dining room cleanliness.
• Performs duties at assigned stations and supports dish room tasks.
• Strives to provide prompt, courteous service and handle complaints gracefully.
