Job summary

Century Park Associates in Post Falls, Idaho seeks enthusiastic servers to join our dining rooms in a rewarding senior-care setting. Positions are available as part-time (15+ hrs) or full-time (30-40 hrs) with wage DOE. We prefer at least 1 year of experience in food/customer service.

As a Server or Lead Server, you will train teammates, assist with meal service, and ensure dining room setup, cleanliness, and resident comfort. A strong hospitality mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prior healthcare experience preferred
• Experience in food/customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Server Duties: trains and guides new Servers according to Century Park standards; assists with meal counts and tickets
• Server Duties: assists with dining room setup, dish room tasks, pre-meal meeting, serving at assigned stations, cleaning and prep duties, greeting residents, assisting with food selection, ensuring timely beverage refills and service
• Remains attentive to resident needs and maintains cleanliness and safety in dining areas
