Job summary

Century Park Associates’ Garden Plaza of Greenbriar Cove in Collegedale, TN is seeking a Lead Server/Server to deliver restaurant-style dining with a hospitality focus to our senior residents. No experience required, but restaurant experience is preferred; Saturday and Sunday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Must enjoy serving seniors and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides new servers according to Century Park standards.
• Assists with meal counts and tickets.
• Assists and ensures dining room set up with servers.
• Attends pre meal menu review meeting.
• Greets residents and assists with food selection.
• Serves residents timely and with appropriate serving techniques.
• Removes dishes and keeps dining area clean and safe.
