KOY GRILL is seeking a Full-Time Server who is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment to long-term employment. This role requires someone proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to the success of our team.

- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell effectively.
- Commitment to long-term employment (at least one year).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into Toast POS.
- Be a strong salesperson by upselling menu items, specials, and add-ons to enhance guest experience.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions with confidence.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Complete a daily checklist of tasks to maintain efficiency.
- Utilize team communication tools, including WhatsApp group chats, to stay updated.
- Work with digital programs such as Toast POS, OpenTable reservations, WhatsApp chat sessions, and any additional software introduced.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and contribute ideas to improve service operations.
