Job Description

• Manage reservations using OpenTable to optimize table turnover
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments using Toast POS
• Take phone and online orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Answer customer inquiries about the menu and restaurant services
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the front area
• Coordinate takeout and delivery orders seamlessly
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements
