Job summary

Transforming Age's Tradition community in Brooklyn Park, MN is hiring a Lead Server to support dining services for residents in a senior living setting. You will help set up tables, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and assist with meal service while ensuring a welcoming, friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in serving with some supervisory experience, good math and POS skills, and a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of serving experience; senior living preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with excellent service.
• Basic computer skills for POS and transactions.
• Background check, drug screen and pre-employment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support front-of-house dining services for residents.
• Facilitate an extraordinary dining experience for residents.
• Set up tables; maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Occasionally set up and prepare food items.
• Be familiar with the menu to answer questions.
• Serve meals alongside the service team when needed.
• Promote Transforming Age Mission, Vision and Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
