Job summary

Pennswood Village, a senior living community in Newtown, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Lead Server to join our Dining Services team.

The Lead Server position plays an important role in providing quality meal service to our residents. As a Lead Server, you'll help coordinate daily dining room and trayline operations, ensuring meals are served efficiently and in accordance with our service standards.

The Position

• Assist with daily dining room and trayline meal service
• Coordinate meal and menu service, including modified diets
• Help ensure smooth dining operations in the supervisor's absence
• Assist with training and orientation of new servers
• Maintain sanitation, food safety, and service standards
• Complete daily paperwork and communicate with other departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently working toward completion
• At least one year of food service experience required
• Knowledge of modified diets and food safety standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and visitors
