Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village in Idaho is hiring a Lead Dining Server to support our Dining Services team. The role blends hands-on service with leadership, delivering exceptional hospitality and guiding other servers to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience.

Pay starts at $20/hour and this is a full-time position requiring availability on holidays, weekends, and evenings. You’ll lead by example, provide attentive table service, train teammates, and maintain sanitation and service

Formación

• Previous serving experience required; leadership/lead experience preferred.
• Strong table service and dining etiquette.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support team in real time.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently.
• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within one month).

This is a full-time position. You must be available to work holidays, weekends, and evenings as scheduled.

This role combines hands-on service with team leadership, providing excellent table service while guiding and supporting other servers to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience.
