Job summary

Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton seeks a Lead Dining Server to support our Dining Services team. This part-time evening and weekend leadership role requires outstanding hospitality and service, guiding servers and ensuring smooth service for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of table service and dining etiquette.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support team members in real time.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently.
• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within one month).

Responsibilities
