Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village in Idaho is seeking an experienced and service-driven Lead Dining Server to support our Dining Services team. This full-time role combines hands-on service with team leadership to ensure a high-quality dining experience.

You’ll supervise servers, uphold hospitality standards, and work holidays, weekends, and evenings. Pay starts at $20/hour, with benefits and opportunities to grow within a values-driven community.

• Previous serving experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred.

• Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and service.

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is Idaho's leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional service, hospitality, and care. We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Lead Dining Server to support our Dining Services team.

Pay starts at $20/hour.

This is a full-time position. You must be available to work holidays, weekends, and evenings as scheduled.

This role combines hands-on service with team leadership, providing excellent table service while guiding and supporting other servers to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience.

• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently
• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within one month)
