Job summary

Touchmark at All Saints in Sioux Falls is seeking a Lead Dining Room Server to supervise dining staff, take orders, and ensure a friendly, high-quality dining experience for residents and guests. You will lead service during meals and at special events, coordinating with the team to maintain smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have three to five years of progressive staff management experience, are available every other weekend and holidays, and are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry trays and stay on feet for long periods.

Touchmark at All Saints is Sioux Falls's premier retirement community. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Lead Dining Room Server.

You will be the Lead Supervisor assisting in managing dining staff, taking orders, serving meals, provide a friendly, inviting, and quality dining experience for residents and guests. You will also serve at special events and catered functions.

The Ideal Candidate Would

• Have three to five years of progressive experience and demonstrated success in managing staff.
• Be willing to work every other weekend and holiday
• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction.
• Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
