Job summary

Touchmark in Portland, OR is seeking friendly, outgoing individuals to join our dining services team as Servers. You’ll greet residents by name, take orders, and ensure a warm dining atmosphere. Flexible hours and a path to growth are available along with shift meals and a comprehensive benefits package.

Wage ranges from $18.77 to $20.05 per hour DOE; no experience required but reliability and alignment with Touchmark values are essential.

As a Server in our dining room, you will enrich lives every day by creating a friendly and inviting dining experience for Touchmark residents and guests. Your duties will include such tasks as greeting residents by name, taking meal orders and answering questions about the menu, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring that the dining room is clean, attractive, and operating smoothly. You may also serve during special events and catered functions that take place at our community.

Wage: $18.77 to $20.05 DOE

No Experience Is Necessary, But You Must

• Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time
