Job summary

Touchmark at Emerald Lake is seeking an experienced Lead Dining Server to support our Dining Services team. This full-time role combines hands-on service with team leadership, providing excellent table service while guiding and supporting other servers to ensure a high-quality dining experience.

You must be available to work holidays, weekends, and evenings as scheduled, and you will lead by example in hospitality, sanitation, and service standards, fostering a positive dining environment for

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of table service and dining etiquette.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support team members in real time.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within one month).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and service
• Guide and direct servers during service to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Support team members in completing assigned duties and maintaining standards
