Job summary

Touchmark at Emerald Lake in McKinney, TX, is seeking a Lead Dining Server to support our Dining Services team. This full-time role combines hands-on service with team leadership to deliver a high-quality dining experience for residents.

You will provide friendly table service, coach fellow servers, maintain sanitation and service standards, and ensure smooth operation during holidays, weekends, and evenings. A Food Handler’s Permit is required or obtainable within one month.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong table service and dining etiquette.
• Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain within one month.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests.
• Lead by example delivering hospitality and service.

This is a full-time position. You must be available to work holidays, weekends, and evenings as scheduled.
