Job summary

Touchmark at All Saints in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Lead Dining Room Server to join our premier retirement community. You will be the Lead Supervisor, helping manage dining staff, take orders, and serve meals, ensuring a friendly, inviting, and high‑quality dining experience for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of progressive staff management experience, is willing to work weekends and holidays, and can read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive experience managing staff in a dining or service setting.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays.
• Commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods.

You will be the Lead Supervisor assisting in managing dining staff, taking orders, serving meals, provide a friendly, inviting, and quality dining experience for residents and guests. You will also serve at special events and catered functions.

The ideal candidate would:

• Have three to five years of progressive experience and demonstrated success in managing staff.
• Be willing to work every other weekend and holiday
• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction.
• Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
