Job summary

Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton is seeking a Lead Dining Server to support our Dining Services team. This role blends hands-on service with team leadership, delivering excellent table service and guiding other servers to ensure a high-quality dining experience.

The position offers an evenings and weekends schedule, part-time hours, and a competitive compensation package. Previous serving experience and the ability to lead are required, with emphasis on hospitality, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Strong table service knowledge and dining etiquette.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support team members in real time.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently.
• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within one month).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and service
• Guide and direct servers during service to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Support team members in completing assigned duties and maintaining standards
• Communicate goals, needs, and service flow throughout each shift
• Assist with dining room setup, service execution, and closing procedures
• Ensure adherence to sanitation, food safety, and service standards
• Support completion of temperature logs, labeling, and cleanliness expectations
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive dining environment
