Moro's Table in Auburn, NY is seeking an experienced Lead Server to join our front-of-house team, delivering attentive service, setting the tone for the dining room, and helping ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality.

The role blends hands-on serving with leadership, including guiding the FOH team during service, organizing service flow, and communicating closely with kitchen and bar to maintain elevated standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required.
• Leadership or lead-server experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy service.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and upscale dining service is a plus.
