Job summary

Highway140Enterprises in El Portal, California is seeking a Lead Server to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest service. This role accommodates Full-Time or Part-Time schedules with nights and weekends required.

The successful candidate will mentor servers, oversee floor operations, and train new staff while maintaining high performance standards and positive team morale.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years serving experience with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and coach team members.
• Remain calm under pressure with excellent multitasking ability.
• Must be organized, dependable and guest-focused.
• California Food Handler Card required; RBS certification a plus.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
