Job summary

Seer Interactive is seeking a Team Lead, SEO + GEO to own a portfolio valued at $800K–$1MM+ and lead a 6–8 person team. You will act as the executive-forward SEO/GEO voice across clients, owning long-term ROI and guiding the account team toward strategic goals.

You will build client relationships with CMOs and senior stakeholders, champion AI-driven practices, and mentor your team to grow their careers while expanding the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven people management experience; led a 6–8 person team.
• Hands-on SEO + GEO agency experience across multiple channels.
• Deep GEO expertise and familiarity with AI-enabled discovery.
• Enthusiasm for AI as a working tool and platform adoption.
• Exceptional client management with executive-level communication.
• Conflict resolution skills and ability to navigate senior stakeholders.
• Track record of growing accounts and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 6–8 person team, onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Grow divisional revenue by retaining and expanding clients with upsell/cross-sell.
• Own executive relationships and translate ROI to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor juniors and shape the SEO team of tomorrow through hiring involvement.
• Drive AI-informed strategies and define scalable processes for the team.
• Maintain empathy, transparency, and alignment with clients' goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated growth solutions.
