Siege Media is a growing and remote-first GEO agency seeking an SEO/GEO Team Lead to own client relationships and end-to-end strategy.

You will lead the plan, execute the work, and present results with no direct reports, coordinating SEO/GEO deliverables across industries like eCommerce, Fintech, and SaaS.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an SEO/GEO role.
• Experience using Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, and Peeс AI or similar AI tools.
• Experience tracking AI search visibility and translating it into client recommendations.
• Strong technical background and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience conducting full SEO/GEO site audits and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Deep experience with eCommerce, Fintech, and SaaS clients and understanding how search engines and AI bots crawl, index, and rank.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations across on-page, off-page, and technical factors.
• Comfort using LLMs to speed up SEO/GEO workflows.
• Strong GEO strategies to support client performance in AI search.
• Excellent interpersonal relationships and client management skills.
• Strong project management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own clients end to end: build SEO/GEO strategy, execute deliverables, lead client calls.
• Create SEO/GEO roadmaps based on KPIs, audits, and industry expertise.
• Suggest and implement best practices across industries including eCommerce, Fintech, and SaaS.
• Audit and optimize high-value pages across SEO, GEO, and CRO.
• Identify technical SEO issues by reading site code and addressing crawl/index problems.
• Create checklists for deliverables showing opportunity, lift, and ownership for developers and clients.
• Coordinate and oversee SEO/GEO content briefs and web copy for marketing sites.
• Run weekly performance analyses and compile client reports in Data Studio with insights.
• Create compelling Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs to drive recommendations.
• Brainstorm tests to improve AI search presence and user experience.
• Stay updated on industry changes and communicate improvements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Grow the online presence of client sites.
