Job Title: Lead/Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Remote work permitted three days per week, within commuting distance to office or local client site)

Job Description

1. Develop and support Salesforce-based applications, modernizing existing systems.
2. Understand and implement Salesforce strategies, standards, and policies within the ecosystem.
3. Take technical ownership of projects, manage resources, and support fellow Salesforce developers in a lead capacity.
4. Support tower governance and operations.
5. Identify, document, and resolve bugs, defects, and issues.
6. Ensure data integrity and system stability by complying with change management policies.
7. Collaborate with agencies and product managers to develop strategic value through custom Salesforce applications and internal tools.
