Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead advanced maintenance efforts on four shifts in Senatobia, MS. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize manufacturing equipment, acting as a technical leader to reduce downtime and improve reliability across the line.

You will partner with Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance Leadership, and other teams to implement permanent improvements, mentor technicians, and ensure safe operation consistent with ABB standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or technical certification.
• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience with advanced troubleshooting capability.
• Experience with CMMS, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and environmental requirements on the shop floor.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment; troubleshoot PLCs and sensors.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance and manage work orders in CMMS.
• Serve as senior technical resource on the shift; coordinate maintenance response and handovers.
• Train and mentor Maintenance Technician I and II; promote cross-training across production lines.
• Identify downtime and drive reliability improvements with process engineering and maintenance teams.
