Job summary

KLA's SensArray division seeks a technically skilled professional to support customer use cases in semiconductor fabrication, develop application methodologies, and ensure high tool uptime at customer sites and remote engagements.

You will collaborate with Engineering, SW, FW, and Operations, prepare technical documentation, white papers, and product specs, and help drive evaluations, demonstrations, and revenue growth through expert technical engagement.

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field with related work experience.
Strong understanding of semiconductor processing technologies (CVD/ALD/PVD, etch, CMP, lithography).
Ability to analyze process data and provide actionable recommendations.
Experience in APAC/US travel up to 40% (domestic/international).
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for SensArray products at customer sites and remote engagements.
Develop application methodologies for etch, deposition, lithography, wafer handling, FA, Advanced Packaging.
Analyze process and equipment performance data and present recommendations.
Maintain high uptime of SensArray metrology tools through debugging and support.
Create customer presentations, white papers, and technical documentation.
