Job summary

Mapfre is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to lead the enterprise Context Layer and semantic strategy, spanning ontology, taxonomy, glossary, metadata, and knowledge graphs. You will align business concepts with analytics, data products, and AI solutions across the organization.

You will partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI teams to embed governance, ensure data quality, and enable trusted decision-making. This is a senior, cross‑functional leadership role with enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years in data governance or analytics.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience with modern data platforms and metadata management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of Mapfre's enterprise Context Layer including ontology, taxonomy, and metadata frameworks.
• Translate concepts, rules, metrics, and policies into governed semantic assets for analytics and AI solutions.
• Drive metadata management, data quality, data product governance, and glossary initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, Governance, and AI teams to embed semantic definitions and governance into platforms.
