Shaw Services Company is seeking a Self Perform Engineer (Concrete) to manage a segment of self-perform work on a Front Range project, coordinating material management, site planning, and labor scheduling to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

The role reports to Self Perform Manager in SPS, requires a four-year degree (construction management preferred) and at least two years with GC/self-perform background; strong knowledge of concrete, construction means and materials; proficiency with

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required; Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum two years with GC/self-perform or concrete background.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, means, methods, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, storage, and management of concrete materials with Superintendent and Subcontractor.
• Track material delivery and travel to jobs to inspect quality and usage.
• Schedule work of subcontractors and assemble shop drawings/submittals for coordination meetings.
• Support Self Perform Manager with RFIs, ASIs, change pricing, and plan reviews.
• Maintain asset lists of tools, equipment, and materials for jobsite transfers.
