Job summary

Fiore & Sons, Inc. is seeking a Selective Demolition Foreman to lead crews in interior and exterior demolition, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project plans. This role requires coordinating daily activities, reviewing drawings, and maintaining productive workflow on active sites in Colorado and nearby states.

The successful candidate will plan work, adjust to field conditions, and communicate with project leadership and trades to keep demolition progressing safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in selective/interior demolition.
• Experience leading field crews with safety, productivity, and quality responsibility.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination with diverse teams.
• Ability to plan sequences, manage logistics, and adapt to site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead demolition crews in interior and exterior work per plans and safety standards.
• Review drawings, plans, scopes, and field conditions to plan work.
• Coordinate daily crew activities, equipment needs, and material handling.
• Communicate production expectations and schedule impacts to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and job hazard analyses.
