Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; OSHA 10 within 30 days of assignment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in civil demolition preferred.
• Ability to read plans, stakes, and grading; strong leadership.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically capable with valid driver's license; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demolition operations to meet design, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Superintendent, subcontractors, and on-site crews.
• Maintain daily/weekly activity reports and cost tracking.
• Adjust schedules to improve crew productivity, equipment and methods.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with project requirements and specs.
• Lead, train and assist crew; respond to questions and concerns.
• Support inspections; enforce PPE and project safety requirements.
