Job summary

Traylor Bros., Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent with proven expertise in cast-in-place segmental bridge construction to lead field execution on complex bridge projects.

This role is critical to delivering safe, high quality, and on schedule work for segmental bridge systems, including balanced cantilever and span by span construction. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate with engineering and survey teams to maintain alignment and tolerances, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with direct segmental bridge exposure.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs and segmental shop drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and field-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for cast-in-place segmental bridge construction.
• Coordinate with engineering, survey and project management to maintain alignment and tolerances.
• Oversee post-tensioning, rebar, embeds and formwork systems for segmental work.
• Manage concrete placement, cycle times, curing, and quality control for segment pours.
• Drive safety, productivity and quality through proactive field leadership.
