We are seeking a General Superintendent with proven expertise in cast‑in‑place segmental bridge construction to lead field execution on complex bridge projects. This role is critical to delivering safe, high quality, and on‑schedule work for segmental bridge systems, including balanced cantilever and span‑by‑span construction.
A hands‑on, self‑perform leader who understands the complexity of segmental bridge construction and knows how to build the work not just manage it. This individual is willing to teach, mentor, and develop crews, and thrives in union, non‑union, and mixed workforce environments. We need someone who can step into a highly technical operation, take ownership, and drive execution with precision, accountability, and discipline hitting the ground running on day one.
