Job summary

FlatironDragados seeks a Segment Schedule Manager to lead a team and ensure the smooth execution of a district or mega project. You will develop, manage and review all segment schedules with input from engineers, project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams.

The SR 400 Express Lanes project in Atlanta is a landmark program delivering design, construction and long-term operation over 50 years, through a public-private partnership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in construction project scheduling, including alternative delivery projects and time impact analyses.
• Experience on large projects with a contract value of $1.5B+.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 or other scheduling software.
• Advanced knowledge of construction procedures and industry-specific scheduling requirements.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate scheduling issues for simple and complex projects.
• Strong leadership to drive a team toward a common goal using best practice procedures.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and reviews segment project schedules and narratives using company-standard formats.
• Assigns and monitors segment scheduling resources for the project.
• Assists in developing scheduling procedures and training for Project Controls.
• Creates schedules with resource and cost loading to track production and payments.
• Supports bid scheduling during the estimate phase with estimating and engineering teams.
• Develops or reviews Project Baseline Schedules and narratives prior to submission.
• Identifies and reports impacts of performed and delayed work to schedules and reports.
• Assists in preparing time impact analyses for risks to schedule or budget.
• Provides technical expertise to resolve scheduling issues.
• Delivers project status reports to managers and PMs for weekly/monthly updates.
