Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Segment Schedule Manager for the SR400 Express Lanes Project in Georgia. This role develops, maintains, and monitors the segment schedule across design, procurement, permitting, and construction, coordinating with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with overall timelines.

The candidate will track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones, while providing detailed narratives, look-aheads, and KPI reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, with at least 5 years in large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the segment’s integrated project schedule across all phases (design, procurement, permitting, and construction).
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to define activity sequencing, critical paths, and key interfaces.
• Analyze schedule performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
• Collaborate on resource planning and allocation (labor, equipment, materials) to support timely execution.
• Monitor progress and generate detailed reporting (narratives, look-aheads, KPIs) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements, project goals, and industry best practices.
