Job summary

ACCIONA seeks a Segment Schedule Manager for the SR400 Express Lanes Project in Georgia to develop and maintain segment schedules across design, procurement, permitting and construction. You will coordinate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams, analyze schedule performance, manage risks and produce look-ahead reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of project scheduling experience, with at least 5 years in large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools; Primavera P6 preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with self-perform work scheduling is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the segment's integrated project schedule across design, procurement, permitting, and construction.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to define activity sequencing, critical paths, and key interfaces.
• Analyze schedule performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Collaborate on resource planning and allocation (labor, equipment, materials) to support timely execution.
• Monitor progress and generate detailed reporting (narratives, look-aheads, KPIs) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements and project goals.
