Job summary

Premise One is seeking a Lead Technician in Orlando, Florida. This role involves the oversight of complete installations while supervising other technicians. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading project teams, conducting site walks, and understanding technical schematics. This is a dynamic position that may require travel and working overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AV, Security, Access Control, or Infrastructure Cabling.
• Verifiable experience in leading a project team.
• Must be able to travel as needed for assigned customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct technicians on project installations.
• Conduct daily prework site walks and safety toolbox talks.
• Understand blueprints, schematics, and line diagrams.

Skills

AV, Security, Access Control, or Infrastructure Cabling experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Project leadership and reporting

Education

High School diploma or GED equivalency
