Qualifications

• Experience installing and programming security systems.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics and engineered drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead small crews and coordinate field activities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, and troubleshoot Access Control, CCTV, CATV, and Intrusion Detection Systems.
• Interpret specifications to ensure accurate installations.
• Coordinate and oversee small crews.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
• Assist with scheduling and workforce coordination to meet milestones.
• Maintain project documentation: timesheets, work orders, transfers, change orders, tool transfers.
