GEO Reentry Services LLC in Newark, NJ is seeking a Security Monitor to coordinate administrative and operational security on a residential re-entry center shift. You will lead staff, ensure proper post orders, counts and incident reporting.

The role requires familiarity with correctional operations, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. You will work rotating shifts and be part of a team dedicated to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year as a Monitor I or two years related experience; leadership preferred.
• Current and active Driver's License required.
• Familiar with community correctional operations and supervision training.
• Ability to write legible English reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational security on a specific shift.
• Directs staff during shift, ensures adequate security coverage.
• Read and comply with post orders; conduct resident counts.
• Lead and train Monitor staff; prepare schedules and leave requests.
• Maintain logs, incident reports and documentation.
