Job summary

Allied Universal, the world's largest private security company, is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a single shift at a client site. You will supervise officers, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure quality service on the assigned shift.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years security experience or military/law enforcement, age 21+, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Security experience or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience
• Must be 21+ years of age and have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range
