Job summary

Google Cloud (Mandiant) seeks a Security Consultant to guide clients through cyber threats, incidents, and remediation with strong communication and leadership. You will work across cloud and hybrid environments, advising on security controls, forensic analysis, and threat mitigation.

You will collaborate with clients at all levels to drive effective security outcomes and manage complex engagements with teams and third-party partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years in information security and engineering with cloud-based infrastructure.
• 4 years leading security programs and cross-functional teams.
• 3 years defining project scope, schedules, and enterprise security controls in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex incident response and remediation engagements with large-scale recovery.
• Provide expert advice across enterprise technology stacks during incidents.
• Communicate strategies clearly to engineers, executives, and boards.
• Build trusted client relationships and proactively improve security posture.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to deliver seamless security support.
