Job summary

CRISTA Senior Living is seeking a diligent Lead Security Officer to oversee security operations at the CRISTA Shores location in Silverdale, WA. You will supervise officers, enforce policies, and ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Position is full-time, offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and pays $24.00–$27.00 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans with CRISTA matching, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in general security duties or related field.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergencies by assisting residents, staff or visitors in a calm and professional manner.
• Patrol and monitor all areas of buildings and grounds.
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents, visitors and staff.
• Manage after-hours visitor access, logs and badges.
• Check and log temperature and other readings on designated equipment.
• Oversee daily security department operations and scheduling.
• Identify incidents, hazards and unauthorized activities.
