Job summary

CRISTA Senior Living in Silverdale, WA is seeking a Lead Security Officer to manage security operations at the CRISTA Shores location. You will enforce policies, protect residents, staff and property, and respond to incidents with calm, professional leadership.

This full-time role requires two years in security, basic computer skills, first aid and CPR. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, benefits including health insurance and retirement plans, and a supportive, faith-centered team.

Qualifications

• Two years of security duties or related field.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and assist residents, staff or visitors in a calm and professional manner.
• Patrol and monitor all areas of buildings and grounds.
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents, visitors and staff.
• Manage after-hours visitor access, logs and badges.
• Schedule and coordinate coverage for time off; train and assist Security Officers.
• Write, revise and implement CRISTA procedures.
• Identify incidents, hazards and unauthorized activities and respond per policy.
