Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent hearing and eyesight.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot and by vehicle.
• Identify and report incidents and hazards.
• Respond to management and emergency personnel instructions.
• Provide strong customer service to residents, visitors and staff.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of CRISTA information.
• Work independently and as part of the Security team.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
