Responsibilities

• Verify the identity of a resident before administering treatment or serving food to ensure proper care.
• Assist residents with dental and oral care.
• Help prepare residents for meals and assist during meals as per care plan.
• Serve extra nourishment and provide water as required.
• Dress residents neatly and assist with clothing as needed.
• Report all complaints to the nurse and alert staff of any changes or safety concerns.
